Additional fees

• Additional fees may be applied if a photoshoot is requested outside of Tokyo

• In case of requests of additional options (bouquet, balloons or more), additional fees separate from the original service will be charged.

Exchanges & Return Policy

• You can cancel the photoshoot by contacting me via contact@gibraltaphoto.com. Any cancellation at least 2 weeks before the date of the photoshoot will be refunded. Any cancellation between 2 to 1 week of the photoshoot will be refunded 50% and any cancellation less than one week prior to the shoot shall be charged fully.

Delivery time

All pictures shall be delivered within 1 week of the photoshoot, except if special request from the client for specific retouch or post processing. The delivery time, in that case, will be communicated directly.

Credit Cards, Paypal as well as Local Bank Transfer

Payment period

Any payment should be made within a week of the reservation request. If not, the shooting schedule might be booked for another client.
